We let the kids play…Our youngest member of the production team Tim and our summer intern Anthony collaborated in the design and production of this hop bomb that is all the rage these days. Healthy addition of oats will keep this bright orange beer hazy while remaining crisp for so the hops can shine through. The three hops in this beer were used as a blend throughout the process and while no hop takes centerstage, they all play well together…just like Tim and Anthony did while creating this beer.
