Brewmaster Pete teamed up with Andrew from Haus Malts, Mike from Second Sons Hopyards, and John from Ohio Hops LLC to create a brand new brew for our Ohio Native Series. We work hard to use local ingredients whenever possible, but these brews use only ingredients grown in Ohio! In the past we've created an Ohio Native Pale Ale, a Bock and a Lager using only the best ingredients we could find, and today we're adding a new IPA to that list. This New England IPA the haziest beer we have ever made…and probably ever will. It is equal parts hazy and hoppy – just the way you like it! Oneipa is left completely unfiltered and is only cold conditioned to preserve all that juicy flavor. You'll find Ohneipa due north in pints in our taproom, and aroud NEO at our accounts. Read more about Ohneipa below.
Andrew, Mike, and John stoped into the taproom to hangout with Pete during the brewing process. Thanks for coming out, guys!
